1. Umowa

Uzyskując dostęp i korzystając z arogai.net, zgadzasz się na warunki niniejszego Regulaminu.

2. Usługi

AROG AI świadczy usługi doradztwa, rozwoju i wdrażania automatyzacji AI. Konkretne rezultaty, terminy i ceny są uzgadniane indywidualnie dla każdego projektu w odrębnych umowach.

3. Darmowe narzędzia i demo

Oferujemy kilka darmowych narzędzi i demo na naszej stronie:

• Wyszukiwarka zastosowań AI
• Klasyfikator ryzyka AI Act
• Demo głosowe Maya

Są one udostępniane wyłącznie w celach demonstracyjnych i informacyjnych. Nie stanowią profesjonalnej porady. Dla spersonalizowanych rekomendacji prosimy o zarezerwowanie konsultacji.

4. Korzystanie z demo głosowego

Nasze demo głosowe ("Porozmawiaj z Mayą") podlega następującym warunkom:

• Maksymalnie 2 rozmowy demo dziennie na użytkownika
• Maksymalnie 90 sekund na rozmowę
• Wyłącznie do celów ewaluacyjnych
• Nadużycie lub nadmierne korzystanie może skutkować zablokowaniem dostępu
• Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do modyfikacji lub zaprzestania demo głosowego w dowolnym momencie

5. Własność intelektualna

Wszystkie treści, narzędzia, kod, projekty i znaki towarowe na arogai.net są własnością AROG AI. Nie wolno kopiować, powielać ani rozpowszechniać żadnych materiałów bez pisemnej zgody.

5A. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

• a) INFORMATIONAL ONLY. All extraction results, risk classifications, compliance assessments, and reports generated by AROG AI are informational tools provided to assist your professional judgment. They do NOT constitute legal advice, financial advice, or professional opinions.
• b) ACCURACY NOT GUARANTEED. AI extraction achieves typical accuracy of 95%+ on structured fields, but accuracy varies by document quality, language, formatting, and complexity. Confidence scores are provided with every extraction. You MUST independently verify all extracted data before relying on it.
• c) HUMAN REVIEW REQUIRED. You agree that all AI-generated outputs will be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used for legal, financial, or business decisions. AROG AI is not responsible for decisions made based on unreviewed AI outputs.
• d) THIRD-PARTY AI MODELS. AROG AI uses contracted third-party AI and document-processing services. These models may be updated by their providers. We do not control model behavior changes and are not liable for accuracy variations caused by model updates.
• e) NOT A LAW FIRM. AROG AI is a technology company, not a law firm or accounting firm. Use of our AI Act compliance tools does not create an attorney-client relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

• a) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• b) AROG AI's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• c) AROG AI shall not be liable for: (i) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (ii) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (iii) decisions made based on AI-generated outputs; (iv) inaccuracies in extraction results.
• d) These limitations apply even if AROG AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• e) Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Polish or EU law.

7. Prywatność

8. Prawo właściwe

Niniejszy regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Wszelkie spory podlegają jurysdykcji sądów w Warszawie.

10. Termination & Data After Cancellation

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend access for violation of these terms.
• Upon subscription cancellation, your extraction results (metadata) remain accessible in your dashboard for 90 days.
• After 90 days, extraction metadata is anonymized.
• Uploaded documents follow the standard 7-day auto-deletion regardless of subscription status.
• You may export all your data (JSON) before cancellation via the Dashboard "Export My Data" function.
• You may delete your account and all data at any time via the Dashboard "Delete My Account" function.
• Re-subscribing within 90 days restores access to existing data. After 90 days, data cannot be recovered.
